About BONS
BONS HAIR is the creative venture of Alessandro Bonetto, a Torino-based hairdresser with a bold punk and hardcore aesthetic. Alessandro has built a distinct identity around his craft, turning hair cutting into a performative art form, taking his work beyond the salon and onto the stage.
Overview
Aurea was brought on board to develop social media content and a full one-hour stage visual experience for Alessandro's live cutting shows.
For the social media side, Aurea produced moving posters combining real footage of Alessandro's cuts with kinetic typography to promote his events.
The stage visuals, conceived as an immersive backdrop to his live performances, were built with complete creative freedom, a sprawling audiovisual experience designed to match the raw energy Alessandro brings to the stage.
Creative process breakdown
With carte blanche on the stage visuals, Aurea leaned fully into Alessandro's punk and hardcore DNA.
A grayscale palette was chosen as the visual foundation, grounding the work in the gritty, uncompromising spirit of the subculture.
Layered over this, old TV distortion and pixelated effects add rawness and texture. The intro was crafted as the centrepiece of the experience. deliberately flashy and arresting, designed to set the tone for everything that follows.
